I just recently purchased Cubase SX and am trying to use it with 2 first generation Motu 828 units. However, the program will only recognize one 828 unit at a time. I've updated drivers...etc. Does anyone know what I need to do to get Cubase to link both of my 828's together? There isn't a VST input panel to enable both. There is VST connections panel but can only access one 828 at a time. Please help!!! Thanks.

How are you connecting the two 828's to each other?

I connect the first 828 direct to my firewire port on the back of my Mac G4. The second one comes after my Firewire external drive (Connected to the 2nd firewire port in the back of my G4) in a chain. They're both recognized in my MOTU control panel so I know they're both there. This is how they were always connected when recognized by other DAW's, including earlier versions of Cubase. What are you thinking I might be doing wrong?

Don't worry, I figured out why.
