Anyone who uses/used an Edirol UA25.. help me out please

Hey, im looking forward to buy the Edirol ua25 audio interface, but it got some bad reviews around the internet, especially relating to hiss problems. Anyone who uses or has used this audio interface might be better to tell me the real truth about it, lol.

USB is the main problem, not the "premier" choice for audio interfaces... When did Roland acquire Edirol? This whole shtinkin' "consolidating" thing in the recording/audio industry is downright scary... Reminds of the game "Risk"
