I have a Dell Dimension Desktop with a SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio Soundcard. I have been looking around online and it seems to be that this soundcard will support 5.1 surround sound. I recently purchased the Logitech X-530 5.1 surround sound system speakers but can only get the fron two speakers to work. The subwoofer also works. But the center speaker and the 2 rear speakers do not produce any sound. When I try to change the options for my sound sytem from "Desktop speakers" to "5.1 surround" it allows me to change it but then as soon as I click OK it reverts back to "Desktop speakers." I have 3 jacks in the back of my computer and have the speakers plugged into them. I have tried different combinations of wires into the jacks but none work. What can I do to get all of my speakers working? Any help would be great! Thank you so much!
