Hi
I was just wandering if it's possible to check the version of the fl soft my files was done with. what I mean is I got several files that was made with diffeent versions of fruity and now some of them just crash the system obviously when i try to open them which is embarassing. So is there any way that i can check the versions of the files?

usually, if you right click on the file and go to properties you should be able to see something which can give you an idea of what you are looking for.

or if u know the version of the file and u still wanna play it in another version then u can export to zipped loop package

so if wanted to play fl 3x fils in fl5 just open up fl3 and export to ziped loop package and then open em up in fl 5 widout any problems
