PC MP3 Players: Opinions Please

Ok, Windows Media Player is unusable. I'm looking for opinions on MP3 Players. My needs are simple:

- Burn CDs to MP3s.
- Allow one Library to be accessed by two different bootable partitions.
- Pitch and tempo plugins.
