Waves Plugins TDM 99

I just bought a Motu 1224. Saw a used Waves Gold bundle for cheap. Waves Gold TDM 99. Will this work with my system. Also are they good plugins. Any additional information appreciated. I am running a G3 Blue and white with 256mb ram.

The Waves TDM bundle is specifically meant for Pro Tools TDM systems, however it does contain the authorizations for all formats "below" TDM (meaning native, or host-based processing) for the plug-ins included in the package.

This being the case, you'll need to put the WaveShell-MAS into your MAS plug-ins folder for the plug-ins to appear in AudioDesk or Digital Performer.

You'll have authorizations for TDM plug-ins, but without TDM hardware you will not be able to use them. But that's no sweat, since the plug-ins will work in MAS as well.
