s moving to the dark side of the moon (From pc to mac) I would like to use the gigastudio with the sequencer from Cubase.
Does any one know if there is a way to transfer the midisignal from Gigastudio in the pc( who is not mac compatible) to the Mac and have the sequencer and editing program in the mac. In other words to move the soundcard to the mac and use it as a workstation but still use the Gigastudio in the pc?

You just need a MIDI capable soundcard in each machine. MIDI lead goes out of the MIDI out in the Mac (Cubase) and into the MIDI in on the PC (Gigastudio). Audo out goes from the PC to one of the inputs on the Mac soundcard to be recorded into Cubase. In other words, you are able to treat the PC in the same way as you would a hardware sampler.
