hello,
i just sold my p.c. laptop and bought a g4 powerbook. it's the sexiest thing i've ever touched but i went to buy software for it today and was horrified to find that fruity loops (the only sequencer i've ever had any luck with) is only made for p.c. i know that most people don't consider fruity to be among the top sequencers but i found it's interface to be especially intuitive, most specificlyin the ability it gives you to edit each sound seperately (as i'm not into using drum sounds 'as is' generally)
any opinions you guys have regarding other software sequencers (that supports mac os x) would be greatly appriciated. especially helpfull would be a program that resembles fruity in some meaningfull way
if it helps to further narrow the discussion, i'm hoping mostly to make kind of odd sounding drum loops,.... in the vain of radiohead or the postal service or even nine inch nails.
thanks for your time,
t5u
