gybp,
I have an oxygen 8 that I got from a friend for a great price. I wasn't neccessarily in need of a MIDI controller since I have a Roland JV-90 keyboard that also does the job, but I couldn't resist a good buy. What I have done with it has been very cool though. I also use it with Reason and it is extremely easy to use. The USB connection is convienient and there is no need for any other MIDI interface. I still don't have it completely mastered, but it's a great little controller for what they cost. If you don't need, or have a use (or money) for a large keyboard, I would definately vote for the Oxygen.

I have a Radium and and Edirol PCR midi controller, and much prefer the Edirol as they include software to make programming the knobs much easier than the Radium

I guess you're just paying a little more for another octave or so of keys and a couple more faders. Always handy for assigning controls in Reason, since you can assign everything under the sun on that program. The main reason I bought the Oxygen 8 was because I only paid $70 for it.
