Another SATA question?

My motherboard has a Promise Raid/ATA 133 controller in addition to the IDE controller. Can I use SATA some way?

I use the SATA Raid with two HDD
the VIA Raid one HDD
and on the IDE conroller two HDD
and two CDroms

M/B Asus p8p400 deluxe.
just setting the system up.
Will optimize the WXP next week
and then Insatll Cubase SX2

From your description is doesn't sound like your Mobo has a "onboard" SATA chip. In that case you would need to buy a SATA PCI card in order to take advantage of SATA.
