can't uninstal DM6firecard please help

i finally bought creamware lunar to use its DSPfx
but i can't uninstal my old DM6card
in device manager:sound,DM6
when click uninstal,the monitor went blue,with letters like
fatal error...
Is there a solution for this?
my system is winXPpro,
celeron1.2
512GIG ram

have u uninstalled the old driver before unplugging the old card?
if not,plug it back and uninstall the driver.
or u may try to uninstall the driver under safe mode.
