Just a heads up.....

If your planning on building a system with a 1m P4 chip. Be sure the board your using is capable of supporting the 1mg cache VS. 512. It seems like a small thing but it is very serious if you do not know you got a board with a older revision that will not support it..

For Intel rev. 10 or later, for others check your MB manufacturers site.....

Nothing is worse than spending the hours I did trouble shooting for nothing because dumb ass in the warehouse pulled a rev 8 board that should have been pulled from stock...

So if your on the vurge of throwing down for some new parts, upgrades ect... Be sure your getting the latest revision if the board is over 6 months old...

If your system will not even power on, or powers on with a black screen and you have tried everything you may be the victim....

So if your ordering on-line be sure to check the sticker on the box when you get it, or the board for it's rev... Also the manufacturers website.... I was supposed to get a rev 12 but warehouse guys get paid $8 for a reason (LOL)
