problem with refills

i am new to reason, however i use cubase. i am trying 2 use the analog synth, and i have several refills, and when i try to load the orkestra refills, it shows the file and how large it is, and the sub folders, but when i click on the sub folders, nothing is there, but the refills show the file sizes at over 500megs. what am i doing wrong? i have followed the quick start manual, however the patches do not load?

Make sure you are Clicking the right File formatt,Such as Aiff or wave,ect.If you have the wrong file formatt,chances are you wont see anything on the folders.Hope this helps.

Orchesra patch can only be used by NN-XT. If you try it with any modules, you'll see a blank.
Howver you can load samples to NN-19, but I don't think you want to do that.
