Resampling changes Loop points...HELP

I am Looping tons of stuff under 96Khz , The output format should be in both 96K\24Bit and 44.1K\16bit.
When I eresample to 44.1K the loop points change due to the resolution change and I get Clicks , Know any tricks?

Have you already tried to move one of the loop points one or a little more samples fore- or backwards?
