Hi everybody,

whenever I do music with reason the sound seems to be much better (fat-bass etc.) and powerful in Reason than on CD later...

- Im pretty sure that my mixdown is not too good (since I have new speakers I can hear the difference) but is there anything else I have to care about?

Thanks for everybodys help and cu around.

Dano

By the way; if anybody does produce "Psy-Trance"/"Goa" and is living around the "Ruhrgebiet" and is interested in a co-operation... please contact me.

use other programs along reason
For example, work on a sample in Cool edit (now Adobe Audition) , wabelab, etc. and use Vst's etc. to make them perfect. For example Isotope is a good tool (dynamic equaliser). You'll see that your song will have more power and presence (use subtle reverbs and delays for this). Just don't use Reason as a stand alone. you'll never get good sounds

True. Also, the factory prests aren't that good. When you run out of free samples that you can find on the web, it's time to go looking for a sample library to buy.
