Hi friends,
I have recorded our church worship service in a video CD,the audio sound is very noisy and the picture quality also very poor,so now i wan't to improve the video by converting into fash video for getting high resolution picture and i wan't to improve audio quality also to get digital sound.So is there any free software available for doing this?your help is highly appreciated.

My original video tape quality is also same as that of the existing video CD.

VCD uses a much smaller resolution than DVD for instance and is compressed to Mpeg Video and Audio.
If you want to work on it you sould re-capture the original in DVD size (720 x 576 for Pal) and use a software capable of cleaning up the picture and sound track.
