You know, that "KA-BOOOOOM!!!" thing that really wants to hurt your poor little speakers...any way to get rid of it? Call me stupid, but I haven't found out how to do it yet...

I'm not sure exactly what you talking about or if it is singular to Fruity Loops but... Always turn your Amp on last and turn it off first. That way you're not sending any "shocking" signals directly to your speakers when you turn on your system.

Go to Options--->General settings and unclick Startup Splash Screen..

Or if you like the Splash Screen to appear but just want to get rid of the annoying sound go to Options---->General Settings, don't unclick Startup Splash Screen but there select Skins--> Silent Startup. They have that option!!! I guess they already know that the sound gets annoying after hearing it a couple of times.

Ahh, finally the sweet sound of silence when I open fruity :D
Thanks a lot for the instructions guys!
But...I still have one stupid question you hopefully can answer.
How do I record line in (guitar for example) in fruity
So far I've managed to do it by editing an already existing audio track, cutting the previous wave file and recording my own. Is it even possible to open the wave editor if there's no wave file yet existing. Damn I'm suck at explaining things...
